摘要
对送粉激光熔覆添加单质稀土Ce的熔覆试样进行显微组织分析和硬度、磨损性能测试,研究了稀土Ce对组织、硬度和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,与未加入Ce的熔覆层相比,Ce的加入有助于提高熔液的流动性、净化和细化了组织、提高了熔覆层的硬度和磨损性能。并对其作用机制进行了讨论分析,表明送粉激光熔覆添加单质稀土Ce是可行的。
The effects of rare earth Ce on microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of Fe-base alloy coating by powder feeding laser cadding were investigated. The microstructure, compositions, phase structure, microhardness and wear resistance of the coating were examined. The results indicate that the addition of Ce can enhance the fluidity of molten liquid, refine and purifie the microstructure and increase the microhardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer.
