摘要
综述了压铸铝合金的开发及应用状况、计算机模拟技术在压铸铝压铸技术中的应用、半固态流变压铸浆料制备及超低速压铸技术等先进铝合金压铸技术研究的最新进展。并指出将不同先进压铸技术的结合应用,可进一步提高铝合金压铸件性能,促进压铸技术的发展。
The research and application of die-casting aluminum alloy, computer numerical simulation in die-casting are described. The advanced die-casting technologies for aluminum alloys such as: semi-solid slurry preparation technology of rheocasting processing, super slow speed die-casting technology are recommended. It is indicated that the combination of varies advanced die-casting technologies could improve the property of casting and promote the development of die-casting technology.
