摘要
通过二乙基氧化锡、二丁基氧化锡以及三苯基氧化锡与2-(3-吡啶甲基硫代)苯甲酸和2-吡啶硫代乙酸的反应,3个四核有机锡羧酸酯以及2个单核三苯基锡羧酸酯被合成。它们的结构通过X-射线单晶衍射结构分析得到确证。生物活性测试表明,四核二丁基锡2-吡啶硫代乙酸酯以及单核三苯基锡2-(3-吡啶甲基硫代)苯甲酸酯对西瓜炭疽病菌、花生褐斑以及苹果轮纹菌等具有高的抑制活性。
Three dimeric complexes {[2-(3-PyCH2S)C6H4CO2SnR2]2O}2 and {[(2-PySCH2CO2)SnR2]2O}2 (Py=pyridyl) as well as two monomeric complexes (2-PySCH2CO2)SnPh3 and [2-(3-PyCH2S)C6H4CO2]SnPh3 have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-(3-pyridylmethyhhio)benzoic acid or (2-pyridylthio)acetic acid with R2SnO (R=Et or ^nBu) and (Ph3Sn)2O. Their structures have also been confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Preliminary in vitro tests for fungicidal activity show that complexes {[(2-PySCH2CO2)SnBu^n2]2O}2 and [2-(3-PyCH2S)C6H4CO2]SnPh3 display high activity to Colletotrichum lagenarium, Cercospora arachidicola and Physolospora piricola in a low concentration.
