摘要
提出了一种以解析方式确定铲齿成形刀具齿顶铲磨长度的新方法,可以明显提高刀具设计的精度、效率和经济性,有助于优化刀具设计和制造过程。此外,根据两种不同的齿背提出了齿顶铲磨长度的控制方法,即Ⅰ型齿背可以通过改变齿顶铲削超量而任意变化,Ⅱ型齿背则只能通过修改铲齿凸轮廓线而被改变。
A new method to determine the toe relief grinding length for relieving form cutter by analytic way is propossed in this paper. By the method, the precision,efficiency and economy of the cutter design may be improved obviously. It helps the design and machining process of the cutter to be optimized. Furthermore, according to two various flanks of tooth the control way on the toe relief grinding length is propossed, that is, the length in the I type flank of tooth can be varied at will through the toe relieving excess to be varied and that in the Ⅱ type flank of tooth can be varied only through the relieving cam profile to be corrected.
