摘要
将广义随机Petri网(GSPN)知识引入可靠性理论中,提出了一种新的制造系统可靠性建模与分析方法。针对缓冲库容量有限、机器可修的一般串行CIMS生产线系统,建立了该系统的GSPN模型。讨论了GSPN模型的定量分析方法,为解决CIMS生产线的可靠性研究提供了一种新途径。
A new method of reliability modeling and analysis based on generalized stochastic Petri Net(GSPN) theory is proposed. A GSPN model of a repairable CIMS production line with finite buffers is built. Two quantitative analysis methods Markov chains and dynamic simulation are discussed. This provides a new way to solve reliability problems of CIMS production lines.
