摘要
本文探讨2-酮-L-古洛糖酸(KGA)的无氧降解反应,将充N_2安瓿中的KGA溶液加热降解,冰冻干燥除去水份,制成三甲基硅烷(TMS)衍生物。用玻璃毛细管层析柱,程序升温的方法分析了样品,并用质谱鉴定了降解产物的结构,本文还讨论了KGA在此条件下的降解途径,认为主要生成戊糖。
The anaerobic degrad-
ation products of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid in
neutral solution were studied. The aqu-
eous solution of sample was freezedried
and silylated with hexamethyldisiazane
and trimethylchlorsilane. Several pent-
oses were separated and identified as
trimethylsilyl derivatives on a capillary
column coated with SE-54, under pr-
ogrammed temperature.
