摘要
18Ni(350)马氏体时效钢在时效处理状态下的切削法试验中有热塑剪切失稳现象,试验结果指出:热塑剪切失稳是一种热——力效应,切屑成锯齿形,齿间由热塑剪切带分隔,带的宽度与切削速度有关.
When 18Ni(350) maraging steel is in the cutting tests .there is a phenomenon of thermoplastic shear instablity under age- hardening state. It has found that the thermoplastic shear instablity is a effect of thermo - force,produced by cutting. Chip has a shape of saw and each saw is separated by thermoplastic shear band- The wide of the band is related with the cutting speed.
