用示波极谱滴定法测定朴尔敏的含量

DETERMINATION OF CHLORPHENAMINI MALEAS BY OSCILLOPOLAROGRAPHIC TITRATION

本文报道采用示波极谱滴定法,在含1.0g KCl的水溶液中,用0.05mol/L NaOH标准液对朴尔敏及其制剂进行滴定,以示波极谱图的切口出现指示终点。该法操作简便、迅速,平均回收率为100.3%,CV%=0.21‰(n=8)。

With the break appearing on the oscillosco- pe polarogram picture, that indicates the end of the titration. Its result will be very accurate. The average rate of recovery is 100.3% ev%=0.21 (n=8). And the destination is sudio-visual, the manipulation is simple, swift and sens- itive.
