This article deeply analyzes the influence of the enterprise property rights system innovation on the market structure and the results by the game the- ories. The writer thinks that the improvement of the enterprise property rights system will lessen the enterprise＇s opportunist conduct and raise the enterprise＇s operational efficiency~ which will affect the market structure and performance.
