摘要
作者用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回变试验,小鼠骨髓红细胞微核试验及CHL细胞染色体畸变试验,对白障明进行了诱变性试验研究。结果表明鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回变试验为阴性,该药可能不诱发基因突变,NIH小鼠骨髓红细胞微核试验及CHL细胞染色体畸变试验均为阴性,说明该药可能不诱发体内,体外染色体损伤作用。
The mutagenicity of d-
omestic Bendazac lysine was studied by
Ames test micronucleus test of NIH mouse
bone marrow and chromosome aberration
assay in CHL cells.
The results were as follow: The Ames
test gave a negative result. It suggested
that Bendazac lysine did not induced gene
mutagenicity. The micironucleus test of
NIH mouse bone marrow and chromosome
aberration assay in CNL cells alse gave
negative result, these results suggested
that Bendazac lysine did not induced
chromosome damage both in vitro in
vivo.
