摘要
5·12四川大地震摧毁了绝大多数的学校建筑,伤害了大量的学生和老师,给我们留下了很多沉痛的教训和反思。鉴于此,本文选择日本作个案,对其与学校建筑物抗震有关的法律、法规、抗震标准和抗震措施等进行了研究,总结其应对地震的经验和特点,以促进教育系统内外人士反思,为完善我国学校建筑物的抗震立法工作提供借鉴。

Earthquake in Sichuan destroyed so many school buildings and claimed so many taking Japan as a case, the paper explores its laws, standards as well as specific regulations on school building safety against earthquake, identifies its experiences, and finally tries to provide some policy suggestions for the improvement of law and regulations on schools earthquake-proof in the schools in China.
