正交设计优化紫云英绿汁发酵液发酵模式

摘要 试验选用L9(34)正交试验设计研究紫云英绿汁发酵液发酵条件的最优模式,试验因素为原料加工方法、水草比例、氯化钠添加量。结果表明:绿汁发酵液中氯化钠对紫云英绿汁发酵液的乳酸菌含量、青贮饲料的pH值、费氏评分、氨态氮的影响显著;氯化钠最佳添加量为0.5%。原料加工方法、水草比例对上述指标影响不显著。综合得出:紫云英绿汁发酵液的适宜发酵条件模式为榨汁,水草比例为2∶1,氯化钠0.5%,推荐在生产中使用。 Previously fermented juice(PFJ)of Astragalus sinicus L. could improve the quality of Astragalus sinicus L. silages.The research studied the optimum fermentation modes for PFJ of Astragalus sinicus L. by orthogonal design L9(3^4) with 3 factors :the methods for prepairing forage,the ratios of water to forage, dosages of NaCl and each faetor had 3 levels. The results showed that the dosages of NaCl had significant influence on the amount of lactic acid bacteria in the PFJ,pH, grade of Fleig and NH3-N content.The optimum dosage of NaCl was 0.5 % ,while both the methods for prepairing forage and the ratios of water to forage had no significant influence on the indexes.The appropriate methods were : prepairing forage was express juice,the ratios of water to forage was 2:1, dosages of NaCl was 0.5 %.
