摘要
以二茂铁为起始原料,三氯化铝为催化剂,将CO2通入二茂铁的甲苯溶液进行羧基化反应,合成二茂铁甲酸。再使用二氯亚砜先制成酰氯,然后与胆甾醇酯化反应得到目标产物——二茂铁甲酸胆甾醇酯。其结构经元素分析、IR和1H-NMR进行了表征。最后利用TG和POM对所得化合物进行了热重及偏光显微结构分析,从而进一步研究了胆甾醇酯的材料性能。
Ferroeenecarboxylie acid was synthesized by passing carbon dioxide through the toluene solution to car bonylate with ferrocene as raw material, aluminum chloride as catalyst. Sulfur oxychlorine was used to prepare aeyl chlo- rine,The target product cholesteryl ferrocenecarboxylic acid was preparatied by esterification with cholesterol. The struc- tures of the compounds have been Characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (IR) and nuelearmagnetic spectroscopy (1 HNMR) . Finally, the material properties including thermal analysis and textue of the compound was investigated by TG and POM.
