Knowledge Management through PLM Oriented to Automobile Enterprises

从产品生命周期管理PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)的本质出发,分析了PLM知识管理在汽车企业重要性,提出了一种简单的PLM知识管理模型(TELL&ASK模型)并简要介绍其关键技术及PLM知识管理系统中的几个主要研究问题。该模型旨在简化产品生命周期各阶段的信息流,使正确的知识能在正确的时间传递到正确的地点被正确的用户应用;论文最后给出实例。

This paper focuses on the essence of Product Lifecycle Management as a knowledge management system, the internal and external drivers for a PLM strategy in automotive enterprises are discussed to clarify how knowledge management capabilities of PLM pave the road towards competitive success; then an abstract model for knowledge management through PLM and its key technologies and also several main research domains of knowledge management through PLM, which aims to streamline the flow of information about product and related＇ pro- cesses throughout the product＇s lifecycle such that the right information in the right context at the right time can be made available; and last an example is advanced.
