摘要
借助于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了橡胶O形密封圈与沟槽接触的非线性有限元分析模型,分析了橡胶O形密封圈的尺寸公差对密封性能的影响,以及密封圈的内径伸长率和压缩变形率改变时,接触面上最大接触应力的变化情况,从而为进一步可靠设计、优化橡胶O形圈提供了理论依据。
With the help of commercial finite element analysis code,ANSYS, a nonlinear finite element model for rubber O-sealing ring and its groove were set up. Effects of dimensional tolerance on seating characteristic of rubber O-ring was discussedand ,and when elongation rate of the inner diameter and compressive rate were changed, how was the biggest contact stress surface in the contact area changing .It puts for- ward a theory base on designing and optmizing rubber O-sealing ring.
