摘要
介绍了一种基于运动控制卡的超声检测控制系统,采用圆柱表面展开法,运用运动控制卡的平面插补命令,实现了圆柱体外表面的空间插补,完成了壳体上分布有凸起物的火箭发动机装药超声检测的控制任务。该系统结构简单、造价低、操作简便。
The paper mainly introduces an ultrasonic testing control system based on the motion controlling card. The method of cylinder's surface unwrapped is presented. With the motion controlling card's surface interpolated commands, the space interpolation of the cylinder's surface is realized and the controlling task is completed. This system is simple and cheap.
