摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了川白芷的根、茎、叶、尾根及种子中的欧前胡素、异欧前胡素和氧化前胡素等三种有效成分。在键合相0DS柱上,以甲醇一水(70:30)为流动相,紫外检测,样品中各组分分离良好,用微处理机按外标法定量,变异系数≤3.33%,回收率97.91—101.36%。
