摘要
借鉴生物免疫的反馈响应过程的调节作用和模糊推理逻辑可逼近非线性函数的特性,提出将模糊免疫PID控制策略应用到电弧冶炼炉的控制系统中,用单片机8051来实现电弧炉的改造。仿真研究结果表明,免疫PID控制效果优于常规的PID控制,能适应对象参数的变化并表现出良好的控制品质,即使发生扰动,也具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
Fuzzy immune PID control strategy was applied to temperature control system of arc smelting furnace based on regulation function of biological immune feedback response and characteristic of approaching nonlinear function with fuzzy inference logic. Simulation research and practical results show that control effect of the method is superior to general PID control. It is provided with better robustness and adap- tive ability even if parameter are changed and disturbs are happened.
