摘要
针对空压机能耗大,噪音大和自动化程度低等缺点,提出利用PID和变频器实现对空压机的节能恒压控制。试验结果表明,该方法自动化程度高,节能效果明显,具有很大实用价值。
Air compressor has many shortcomings such as tremendous energy comsumption, big noise and low degree of automation. A method utilizing PID and frequency converter for energy-saving constant pressure control is proposed to eliminate those defects. Experiments show that the method with great practical value possesses high degree of automation and has a apparent effect on energy conservation.
