摘要
在加工中心操作中,常会因故障发生而不能及时有效地排除而停产,给操作者带来很大的心理压力,给厂方造成经济损失。作者根据多年数控加工中心的实践教学经验,对回参考点,撞刀,参数丢失,CPU外部单元等常易出现的问题做了分析,并提出了相应的措施。
Processing CNC machining center in operation, it is often stoping production resulting from failure in timely and effective of removal of fault. The operators are often in high mental stress and causing economic losses to the factory. According to the practice of teaching experience on CNC machining center for many years, the author of this paper analysis the main sources of fault on returning to the reference point, collision tools, parameters lost, CPU external unit, etc,and bring forward the corresponding measures.
