内生信息结构下的激励问题述评被引量：1

摘要在内生信息结构下讨论激励问题是目前信息经济学的一个发展趋势。这方面的研究主要通过以下思路展开分析:委托人有一项目需要代理人去实施,代理人可以在项目实施前搜集有关项目的信息;委托人必须考虑代理人进行信息搜集获得私人信息产生的激励问题。
