The microstructural parameters of electronic ceramics have been proposed on the basis of the development of electronic ceramic materials. The relation between electrical properties and microstructural parameters of electronic ceramics has been analyzed, and the detail requirements for microstructural parameters for electronic ceramics to be electrical insultion,capacitor, varistor,resistor and conductor have been given.
