摘要
本文研究了某些金属离子(Al3+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Cr2+、Ni2+、Co2+)及浓度对Fe(OH)3凝胶经水热法合成的αFe2O3微粉颗粒大小的影响。研究结果发现,随着金属离子的浓度在一定范围内(0.010~0.050mol·L1)的增加,αFe2O3颗粒有减小的趋势。其中加入Co2+(0.050mol·L1)、Mn2+(0.100mol·L1)可得到粒径为75nm左右的αFe2O3纳米微粉。
In this paper,the effect of some metal ions (Al3+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Cr2+、Ni2+、Co2+) and their concentration on size of ultrafine αFe2O3 particles from hydrothermal synthesis were studied. It was concluded that the particle diameter decreased with the increase of concentration of metal ions (0.010~0.050mol·L1). Nanometer size αFe2O3 of mean diameter 75nm was obtained by adding Co2+ in 0.050mol·L1 and Mn2+ in 0.100mol·L1.
