摘要
合成了14种氨基酸衍生物,其中12种为手性化合物。采用固体粉末法定量测试了SHG(SecondHarmonicGeneration)活性,其中SHG活性最高达到尿素的19.8倍,初步研究了分子结构与SHG活性之间的关系。
Fourteen derivatives of aminoacids were synthesized. Their SHG activities were measured quantitively by the powder method, and the highest value of SHG was 19.8 times as that of urea. The relationship between SHG activity and the molecular structure was investigated.
