Current Situation and Development Concept of Scientific and Professional Library Construction

通过对科学和专业图书馆目前的发展现状进行分析,梳理出了科学和专业图书馆建设中存在的问题。科学和专业图书馆要了解、掌握最新的知识和管理工具和前沿技术,在维持图书馆大量传统的业务的同时,更新、维护、发展图书馆的内部网,将本馆的大量文献数字化,扩展服务范围。并提出了相应的解决方案。

This paper has elicited the problems in constructing scientific and professional libraries by analyzing their present development trend. A scientific and specialized library must know and master the newest knowledge, management tool and frontier technology. While maintaining the massive traditional services, it should also renew, maintain and develop the intranet of the library, as well as digitize the massive literature, expand the range of services, and propose the corresponding solutions.
