农林院校图书馆电子文献资源保障体系建设

On the Guarantee System of Shared Electronic Bibliographic Resource Construction in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

针对农林院校师生对图书馆文献信息的需求特点,图书馆文献资源建设的现状、存在的问题,面临电子信息网络环境的挑战与机遇,论述农林院校图书馆当前和今后文献资源建设重点应当是:建设具有本馆特色共知共享的电子信息资源体系;要重视引进和购买国内外已有的电子数据资源;要充分利用本馆已有资源和网上资源,将本馆特色文献资源数字化、网络化,以便与其他馆交流、协调、共享。具体论述了建设既有农林院校特色的电子文献资源保障体系的框架、途径和方法。

To counter the bibliographic information demand of the teachers and students in agricultural and forestry universities, current situation and existing problems of library bibliographic resource construction and for the electronic information network environment challenge and opportunity which is confi＇onted with now, this paper has expounded, in detail, the importance of building a shared electronic bibliographic resource system with its own characteristics at present and in the future of the agricultural and forestry university libraries. In other words, we should focus on the introduction and buying the existed electron data resource, making full use of the existed resource of library and intemet, and digitization or network the own electron literature resource having a characteristic. So we can communicate, coordinate and share with other library. This paper has specifically discussed on the flame, path and methods of how to build the guarantee system of share electron bibliographic resources with its own characteristics in agricultural and forestry university libraries.
