样本书库利用率偏低是不少高校图书馆存在的问题,主要原因是重藏轻用的观念束缚以及只增不剔导致文献老化,随着信息时代的到来,这种以"藏"为主的观念已不适应现代图书馆"以用为主,为用而藏"的要求,如何提高样本书库利用率,是高校图书馆藏书建设面临的重要课题。提高图书馆样本库的利用率,应更新观念,突出专业特色,完善藏书体系,实行藏、借、阅一体化的管理模式,建立剔除制度,加强宣传,强化管理,强化服务意识,提高业务素质和服务水平。

The low utilization ratio of sample stack is an existing problem lies in many university libraries. The idea of valuing collection above utilization, accession above de-accession is the main reason to cause the documents ageing. With the advent of information age, the idea above cannot follow the requirement of modem library, which regards utilization above collection. How to raise the utilization ratio of sample stack is an important task which the book construction of university library faces. To finish the task, it should be done to change traditional idea, to highlight the characteristic of specialty, to improve collection system, to implement the integration model of collecting, lending and reading, to establish the de-accession system, to enhance the advertisement, to strengthen management and service sense, to raise the quality of business and the level of service.
