摘要
阐述了数字图书馆的定义及其特征,结合我国著作权法和信息网络传播权保护条例,分析了数字图书馆在作品数字化处理和网络化传播等方面,可能出现的法律风险,并就如何防范法律风险提出了相关措施。
The definition of digital library and its features are briefly described. According to the Copyright Law of PRC and the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information, the possible legal risk taken on by the digital library in the digitalization and network dissemination of works is analyzed, on the basis of this; the paper has put forward countermeasures to avoid intellectual property infringement.
