基于ANP方法的高校图书馆服务质量评价

Evaluation of University Library Service Quality Evaluation Model Based on ANP Algorithm

通过采用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立高校图书馆服务质量评价指标体系,分析了指标之间的相互影响和依存关系,并用ANP方法确定高校图书馆服务质量评价指标体系中各指标权重。结果表明,ANP方法得出的指标权重趋向均衡化,增加了指标权重的可行性和合理性。

In this paper, it described the establishment of university library service quality evaluation indicators based on ANP algorithm. The paper has analyzed the mutual influence and existing relation of the indicators. By the ANP method, the weight of per indicator in the evaluation model of academic libraries is ascertained. The results of analysis show that the weight of indicators obtained by ANP tends to balance and the feasibility and rationality of the weight of indicators is enhanced.
