摘要
为提高大型金属结构疲劳寿命,采用了应力幅值理论。介绍了焊接结构件的结构细节、结构形式、焊接形式和结构工艺,论证了焊接接头细部构造类型对焊接结构件疲劳强度的影响,提出若干改进措施。实施后在新造大型金属结构件中焊缝和整体构件呈现出良好抗疲劳性能,获得很好效果。
In order to enhance the fatigue life of the metal structure , the stress amplitude theory has been adopted. This paper introduces the structure detail and structure form of the welding structural piece, the welding form and structural technique. It proves the influence of the welding joint detailed structure to the fatigue strength of the welding piece and puts forward a few improving measures, which shows fine anti - fatigue performance in the welding seam of large metal structural piece and the whole structural piece, and has got good results.
