摘要
通过软件对型材的相关性能进行模拟是指导型材设计的有效途径。本文采用软件模拟的方法分别对三腔、四腔、五腔和六腔66、70系列塑料型材的热工性能进行模拟,对比分析了相应结果,得出了型材的传热系数随腔数的增加出现极值的规律,并给出了相应型材的腔室的最佳数目,根据此方法可从热工节能的角度优化型材设计。
Simulation on related preformances by software is effective approach to guide the design of plastic profiles. The article simulates the different cavities' number of 66 and 70 series of plastic profiles and analyses the results, the rule that thermal transmittance coefficient appears extremum as the cavities' number increases and the best cavities' number also are reached. Plastic profiles' design can be optimized by this method.
