摘要 在pH3—5缓冲溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)与土霉素形成1:3的有色配合物,最大吸收波长为420nm。用于测定铁(Ⅲ)时,大量常见离子不干扰,0.25—10μg/25ml内服从比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数ε_(420)=8.75×10~3L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),可直接用于石灰石、锰矿,锌合金中铁的测定。 Oxytetracyline has been used for the determination of Fe (Ⅲ) in buffer solution at pH 3 -- 5 . The maximum absorption wavelength of Fe(Ⅲ) -Oxytetracyline has been used for the determination of Fe(Ⅲ)in buffer solution at pH 3-5.The maximum absorption wavelength of Fe(Ⅲ)-oxytetracyline complex is at 420nm. The molar ratio shows a 1:3 type of chelate. Selectivity is good, and large amounts of common metal ions do not interfere. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.25~10μg/25 ml. The iron in ores,limestone, magnesium alloy and high-iron manganese alloy can be determined directly.
