摘要
介绍火电发电机密封油差压控制系统的原理与可靠性分析.为了提高发电效率并保证系统正常运行,对关键系统和设备通过两次故障原因的分析方法(FTA和FMECA法),找出薄弱环节(即零件),提出改进措施,在实施中取得较满意的效果.
The principle of the sealed oil d/p control system of generator in fossil fired power unit and the reliability analysis are presented. To enhance the generating efficiency and ensure the normal operation of the system, the weak link(component) is found by using secondary failure analysing method (FTA and FMECA method) on critical system and equipment. The improving measures are proven in implementation with satisfactory results.
