摘要 目的以组织学表现为参考标准。回顾性评价动态增强MRI诊断卵巢上皮肿瘤的特征，以及动态增强MR表现与血管生成生物学标记间的相关性。方法本研究经伦理委员会同意，无需知情同意书。病人同意将其数据用于日后回顾性分析。41例女性病人（年龄22～73岁）共48个卵巢上皮肿瘤于手术前行动态增强MRI检查。对于双侧病灶（n=7），仅对最复杂的肿瘤进行分析。因此共41个肿瘤（12个良性，
