胎儿先天性膈疝的MR肺容积成像:死亡率和应用体外膜氧合技术的逻辑回归分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的前瞻性评估基于胎儿肺体积（FLV）的MRI测量，预测先天性膈疝（CDH）胎儿的成活与妊娠30周前后是否需要体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）治疗的逻辑回归分析结果。方法研究经伦理委员会批准并且签订了书面知情同意书。在多平面T2加权半傅里叶采集单次激发扰相自旋回波的MR影像上，对95例妊娠22～39周并患有CDH的胎5L（52例女胎，4例男胎）的FLV进行了测量。计算妊娠30周前后胎儿死亡及需要进行ECMO治疗的例数，进行逻辑回归分析。结果总体上，FLV越高，胎儿生存率越高（P〈0．001），
