摘要
大学软实力是大学综合实力的重要组成部分,是一种特殊的文化力量,主要由政治力、育人力、创新力、文化力、服务力、信息力等要素构成。在市场经济和大众化教育背景下,由于认识滞后、超常发展、建设失序、举债经营等不同方面不同程度的原因,大学普遍存在软实力缺失的问题,影响着大学的诚信度和美誉度。积极推进理论指导,破除观念障碍,铸就特色品牌,营造良好氛围,必将有利于大学软实力的强化和提升。
University Soft Power is one of the most important parts of the University Compound Power, which is a special cultural strength. It mainly consists of political power, education power, creation power, cultural power, serving power and information power. Under the background of market economy and popular education, there are popular problems of ab- sence of University Soft Power influencing the credit and honor of universities because of the lag of knowledge, over--develop- ment, the disorder of construction, management with debts and so on. Advancing actively the guidance of theory, abolishing the barrier of notion, creating special fame and constructing better environment will be good to strengthen and improve University Soft Power.
