摘要
高教管理的审美文化是指以关注人的最本真的生存状态为价值指向、以体现和解放人的自由自觉的生命活动为行为准则、以自由和谐的人际关系和优美洁雅的校园环境为外在表征的高教管理的审美化。现实的高教管理中存在着过度逐利、模式化、混乱无序等审美文化缺失现象,审美文化对高教管理具有重要的意义,能够使教育管理者实现对自我功利欲求的超越,能够实现个体特别是被管理者个体生命对模式化管理的超越,能够引导教育管理者创造和谐有序的高效管理并实现对效率的超越。高教管理审美文化可以通过培育学校精神,建立对话关系,树立价值信仰,丰富审美文化生活,完善学校制度规范和美化校园物质环境等方面来进行构建。
Esthetic culture is the beautifying of University management by concerning Human's authentic existing as the value direction, embodying, emancipating Human's free life activity as behavior principle, unstrained harmonious interpersonal relationship and elegant, clean campus as the explicit representation. There exist cupidity modular,chaos, disorder ect. in real University management as the missing of esthetic culture. Esthetic culture is significant to University management, make the supervisor cxceed utilitarian desire,make the staff exceed the modular management,direct the supervisor creat harmonious,effective administration and rise superior to efficiency. University management esthetic culture could be built by cultivating school spirit, setting up conversational relationship, building up values and beliefs enrich culture life, perfecting institutional standard and beautifying campus material environment.
