摘要
本文建立了耐压200kg/cm^2毛细管超临界流体色谱装置,采用自制的细内径交联非极性玻璃毛细管柱,流动相是二氧化碳,用单板机控制流动相恒压和程序升压操作,采用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。用此设备研究了温度、流量等参数对保留值、选择性和柱效的影响,并考察了在超临界色谱条件下同系物和非同系物定量的可靠性及区域宽度和保留时间的关系。
A supercritical fluid chromatograph operating at 200 atm. with 80--100μm bore crosslinked capillary columns, both polar and apolar, has been installed to study some basic parameters such as selectivity, column efficiency and response factors of some selected compounds, CO_2 was used as the mobile phase controlled by a mioroprocessor to keep the system under isobaric or pressure-programming condition. A specially-designed FID was used to detect the elneut. The results showed that CSFC had very low pressure drop per meter column length, rather high column efficiency and high solvent power. It possesses both the separation efficiency of capillary GC and the solvating power of LC.
