摘要
本文利用价值流的观点分析了物料库存、加工和采购过程，提出基于价值流的物料管理策略，这对合理降低库存水平、最终降低总的生产成本方面有着积极的作用。其提供的算法简明，便于操作，具有实用价值。
On the base of analyzing the procedure of material purchasing, processing and inventory control on the point of view of value flow, this paper presents a new material management policy, which focuses on decreasing reasonably the inventory thus reducing the overall production cost. The algorithms presented is easy to understand and convenient and practical for appliance.
