摘要
对空间相机主镜的轻量化技术作了全面的总结和概括,阐述了主镜轻量化技术的一般考虑,总结了轻量化技术中主镜口径确定、材料选取、结构形式、基体形状、支撑方式、支撑装置的结构形式、热稳定措施及CAD/CAE应用。最后给出了主镜轻量化的典型应用实例,对其进行了光机热综合评估。
お? The light-weight technology of primary mirror(LTPM) in space camera is summarized in this paper. The ordinary consideration about LTPM is stated.Primary mirror's dimension decision, material selection, structural pattern, substratum's back shape, support pattern and its structure, method for thermal stability and application of CAD/CAE is presented at detail. Finally a typical example of lightweight primary mirror is given, which is evaluated comprehensively on optics, mechanics and thermal.
