论述了秸秆根茬还田通用机作业参数与工作质量、功率消耗的关系。通过优化设计，揭示各约束条件的内部规律，提出了作业参数的最优化组合，可供工作使用。

In this paper,we study the relationship of working parameters,the operational quality and the power required.By means of optimized design,it pressents the best working parameters of Universal stem and root cutting machine.
