摘要
采用可靠度恢复因子描述具有独立可靠度分布函数的多部件系统在不同维修方式下的可靠度演化规则,建立了基于可靠度的多部件系统机会维护模型,克服了传统模型基于运行时间建模而忽视系统劣化过程与时间之间关系非线性的不足。以服从威布尔分布系统为例,利用蒙特.卡洛仿真方法对其进行优化,结果显示,该模型符合生产系统的实际情况,能够为维护决策提供有力支持。
The recursion relationship of multi-component system reliability evolvement is described for different preventive maintenance actions concerning with a reliability renew factor, and an opportunistic preventive maintenance model of multiple-component system is built up. The shortcoming of the old model is avoided, which ignores the system deterioration process is non-linear based on time. By the example of system following Weibull distribution, the results of optimization with Monte Carlo simulation show that the model is practical and can support maintenance decision.
