摘要
用PCD刀具进行精密切削时,出现了工件已加工表面粗糙度低于刀具表面粗糙度这一与传统切削理论相反的超越性加工现象。本文研究了超越性加工现象的机理,提出了双错位的概念,这对于改善PCD刀具的应用条件具有重要意义。
In precision turning with PCD cutting tool,present work finds such an outstanding phenomenon that the surface roughness of the workpieces is lower than that of the cutters used to machine,which is contrary to the traditional cutting theory.In this paper,the principle of this phenomenon is studied and the definition of double overlapping locations is given.This is of great significance for the application of PCD cutting tool.
