讲述了止付器的设计出发点，由此设计了一种方便、可靠的实现方法，并介绍其设计思想、设计电路原理及应用情况。
The basic points of stop paying instrument designing is discussed in this paper.According to these points, a convinient, reliable and realizable method is devised.The design ideal, design circuit theory and its application are also introduced.
