通过改进气相色谱仪气路系统完成对含难出峰组分样品的定量分析

Analyzing samples containing components with no independent peaks on chromatogram through modification of gas flow system of gas chromatograph

通过对热导检测器气相色谱仪气路系统的改进，建立了一种新的分析方法，能够在样品中除欲定量组分外其它组分不能单独出峰且相对组成已知的情况下进行定量分析。本法特别适合于含复杂成分萃取剂萃取液中溶质的定量分析。对改进后分析方法的使用范围、误差及精度作了初步分析。

A new method is established through the modification of gas flow system of gas chromatograph with TCD for the quantitative analysis of samples containing components with no independent peaks on chromatogram except those to be determined. It is particularly suitable for quantitative analysis of solutes in extraction solution with complicated extracting agents. The range of applications, error and accuracy of measurement are discussed preliminarily
