Application of Hedonic Price Model in Pricing of Electric Energy

在总结国内外电能定价现状的基础上,提出将特征价格模型用于电能多特征定价的思想,探讨建立电能特征价格模型的可行性,并将电能按照生产成本、电能质量和可靠性3方面进行特征划分,给出电能特征定价的框架和实施的可行性,为合理进行电能定价提供了一种方法。

Based on the summarization of present situation of pricing of electric energy home and abroad, a thinking of applying hedonic price model to multi-characteristic pricing of electric energy is proposed; the feasibility of building hedonic power pricing model is researched; the characteristics of electric energy is divided in three aspects, i.e., production cost, power quality and reliability; the flame for hedonic power pricing and the implementation feasibility are given. This research offers an approach for rational pricing of electric energy.
