The Relationship between Tyrosine Kinase Etk and Tumors

摘要 Etk属非受体性蛋白酪氨酸激酶BTK家族成员之一,主要表达于上皮和内皮细胞,在调控细胞的增殖及凋亡等信号转导过程中起着重要的作用。随着对其结构功能的不断认识,Etk与肿瘤发生、发展的关系也日益受到人们的重视。本文就Etk的结构,在信号转导中的作用,及其与肿瘤发生的关系做简要综述。 Etk, one member of the BTK family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases, expressed mostly in a variety of epithelial, and endothelial cells, which has been demonstrated to be involved in several cellular processes,including proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. With deeply understanding on its structure and function,more people pay attention to the relationship between tumors and non-receptor tyrosine kinase Etk. The present article reviewed the Etk structure ,its roles in signal transduction and relation with the occurrence and development of tumors.
