摘要 蛋白激酶C(PKC)为存在于细胞质内磷脂酶依赖的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。迄今为止,在人类肿瘤的体外实验中大多数研究发现,PKC及其多种亚型作为肿瘤生长的促进因子,与肿瘤的发生及浸润转移能力有关,参与肿瘤发生、发展、转移和多药耐药等过程的信号传递。核因子κB是一种多功能的转录因子,具有广泛的生物学活性,激活后可促进细胞因子、黏附分子、趋化因子等的转录。本文对PKC及PKC-NF-κB系统的表达及调节与卵巢癌的关系予以综述。 Protein kinase C (PKC) is a cytoplasmic phospholipase-dependent serine/threonine protein kinase. Till now ,the most of experiments about human tumors in vitro showed that PKC and its muhiple subunits can act as the promoter of tumor growth, and has close relationship with the genesis of tumor and its invasive and metastatic ability. It also is involved in the signal transduction of tumor genesis, tumor developmerit, metastasis and multidrug resistance. Nuclear factorκB (NFκB) is a multifunctional transcription factor with wide biologic activity,which can promote the transcription of cytokines, adhesion molecule and chemotatic factor after activation. This article reviews the expression and regulation of PKC and PKC-NFκB system and their relationship with Ovarian Tumors.
