Laser Therapy of Choroidal Neovascularization Secondary to Pathologic Myopia

脉络膜新生血管是病理性近视患者常见的视力下降原因,通常可引起不可逆的中心视力丧失。本文主要对继发于病理性近视的脉络膜新生血管流行病学、病理机制、临床表现及激光治疗进行综述,其中激光光凝、经瞳孔温热疗法、光动力疗法等激光治疗是文章的焦点。

Choroidal neovaseularization is a common cause resulting in vision loss in patients with pathologic myopia, and the irreversible central vision loss is aften found. This article reviews choroidal neovascularization secondary to pathologic myopia about its epidemiology,pathomechanism, clinical manifestation, and laser therapy, among which the focuses are laser therapy, such as laser photocoagulation, transpupillary thermotherapy,photodynamic therapy and so on.
