摘要
丹皮酚有镇静、催眠、解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗菌等药理作用。细胞凋亡是生物体内广泛存在的一种重要的生命过程,是多细胞动物调节机体发育、维护内环境稳定、有基因调控的细胞主动性死亡过程。近年来试验研究表明,丹皮酚还具有抗肿瘤细胞增殖及促肿瘤细胞凋亡的生物学作用。本文综述了丹皮酚诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的分子机制研究进展。
Paconol has extensive pharmacological action, such as sedation, hypnosis, defervescence, analgesia,anti-inflammatory,antibiosis and so on. Apoptosis is an important process of life widely existed in organism, It is also the cellular active death regulating body growth, maintaining homeostasis as well as being regulated by gene in muhieellular animals. Recent studies also showed that paeonol has some biological effect inhibiting proliferation of tumor cells and promoting cell apoptosis. This article reviews the study progress of molecular mechanism of paeonol-induced tumor apoptosis.
